Foil Tape – Calem Technology offers wide variety of tapes, also known as adhesive tape, foil tape, reflective tape, aluminum tape, CT Tape, pressure sensitive and insulation tape. Adhesive tape is coated with various aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive compositions designed for different applications. Adhesive tape is easy to apply to sheet metal ducts and faced rigid duct boards. Category also includes premium performance high tensile composite adhesive foil tapes without liner for quick manual and automated application. These tapes serve as an excellent vapour seal and are reliable in demanding temperature and humidity conditions.

Insulation Tape / Reinforced Tape -  adhesive foil tape with reinforcements - kraft paper, fiberglass cloth, fiberglass or polyester mesh and combinations. Also included white tapes with fiberglass reinforcements, double sided tape and black foam insulation tape with low thermal conductivity. Foam insulation tape often used in HVACR. Reinforced insulation tapes, also called aluminum insulation tape, industrial tape or FSK aluminum insulation tape or CT Tape- fiberglass insulation tape, can be used in insulation & construction to seal joints of thermofoil insulation, vapor barriers & insulation thermo-foil facings. These products are often used for the thermo-foil insulation radiant / vapor barrier installation. The tapes are available with extreme or all weather acrylic & quick stick rubber adhesive.

Insulation Materials - insulation facings, reflective insulation, radiant barrier, and vapor barriers. Calem Technology offers aluminum foil reinforced with fiberglass yarn, kraft paper, fiberglass fabric and fiberglass mesh. We also offer white (MBI) and black architectural poly film with scrim kraft reinforcement. Innovative products: heat laminated insulation facings (heat activated foil & heat activated reinforced thermofoil insulation) designed for the clean automated dry lamination. Included: acoustic fiberglass veil facings in white and architectural black color. These products are used in combination with conventional insulation (fiberglass wool, fiber, foam insulation, etc.) or as reflective insulation & vapor barriers.

Composite Materials - custom made industrial fabrics for flexible duct production, including various films (polyester, metallized polyester etc.) and composite materials (PVC fabrics, vinyl fabrics, polyurethane coated industrial fabrics, TPR coated fabrics). Calem Technology focus is thermo weldable materials including high temperature EPDM coated industrial fabrics. Coating composition, weight of film thickness, and base fabric as well as roll width and roll length can be modified to meet customer’s requirements. Available with anti-static & flame retardant treatments. Products can be converted for the flexible duct production.
